Within a few days the login page to my.pingdom.com is getting a completely new look:
You know, switching things up for the new season. We’ve heard that Gen Z yellow is the new “it color”, so we better flaunt it while on trend!
Jokes aside, the only real change that’s going to affect you is that you’ll be redirected to my.solarwinds.cloud when entering my.pingdom.com.
So, don’t worry — there’s no phishing attempt going on— it’s still us!
You can still use your credentials to access your account and, once logged in, everything will look the same.
Hope you like it!
Pingdom is a better name than Solarwinds.

Pingdom is acquired by Solarwinds?
Hey Levi! SolarWinds acquired Pingdom back in 2015 🙂
A successful pingdom login goes to pingdom.com/tos, where I am forced to agree to an updated “Software Services Agreement”. However, the link to the Software Services Agreement (https://www.solarwinds.com/-/media/solarwinds/swdcv2/legal/legal-documents/solarwinds-software-services-agreement-cloud.ashx) gets a 404 at https://www.solarwinds.com/404. I am extremely uncomfortable agreeing without at least glancing at the agreement, especially given the new login page feels like a phishing scam.
Fix the link.
I can’t understand the reason to confuse your customers by simple moving the login page to a completely different domain. The only goal you accomplish is just that, confusing your customers.
Even worse, not only are you still linking to the old my.pingdom subdomain in the login link on the main page, after you login you are redirected back to the old subdomain again. It really makes no sense.
