Wanna work for Pingdom? Here’s your chance!

Things are going very well for us so we’re looking for more people to join the Pingdom team here in Västerås, Sweden. To be more specific, we’re looking to add two more programmers, a technically inclined copywriter, and a web designer to the team.

Working at Pingdom

Pingdom can offer you a fun, collaborative environment where you get to work together with very smart and competent people on exciting new projects. Believe us, there is a lot of cool stuff we’re working on, and you can be a part of that.
We’re looking for driven, highly qualified individuals, and we place much more value on actual experience and proven skills than we do on diplomas.
To learn more about the specific positions, here are their respective wanted ads:

As you may notice if you click through, the ads are in Swedish. The main languages in the Pingdom office are Swedish and English. People applying for these positions need to know both.

Welcome, Jimmy!

We’d also like to take this opportunity to welcome the latest addition to our family, Jimmy Bergman, who’s joined us as programmer extraordinaire (it’s not his actual title, but we’re considering it…). He comes to us from Loopia, the largest web hosting company in Sweden. We’ve known Jimmy for a long time so we knew he was up to the challenge.
So, if you want to work with Jimmy and the rest of us here at Pingdom, don’t hesitate to send your CV to job [at] Pingdom.com.

  1. Well, being both an avid blogreader aswell as a blogger,
I find this post interresting enough that I actually applied
    for the copywriter/technical writer.
I sincerely hope that I get the job aswell, because that
would mean that I get to do a few things that I love.
Writing, gathering facts and compare sources.
To whoever gets this position if it isn’t me:
Good on you mate, and have a great time at the
    new job.
