The Pingdom logo is an important part of the Pingdom brand. Cropping, color changes or similar modifications are prohibited. The logo must have decent margins and should not be used inside paragraphs.

Pingdom® is a registered trademark of Pingdom AB.
This means that we really like our name and want to protect it. Of course we won't stop anybody from mentioning Pingdom, we like that. But if you are talking about Pingdom we really appriciate if you make it clear what we are so we don't get mixed up with other products or services.
